Service Description
Upon successful completion of the required online BLS content. You will complete your in person hands on skills.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION Policy: For cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours before your appointment for a partial refund. There will be a $50 cancellation fee for all cancellations. RESCHEDULE Policy: For rescheduling, please contact us within 48 hours before your appointment. If appointment is not rescheduled within 48 hours, a $25 late reschedule fee will be charged. LATE Policy: Your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled after 15 minutes of being late resulting in a $25 fee .
